As a rapidly growing business, we appreciate and respect the communities (both local and global) that we are part of. We encourage our staff, as part of these communities, to understand the impact they can have and the difference they can make easily everyday.

Reducing Carbon Footprint

We are a member of the May Day Network working to tackle climate change.
We encourage staff to use sustainable transport through car-share schemes, reducing energy consumption in the office and improving all areas of recycling both in the office and at home
We also partner with Carbon Offset Scotland and undertake woodland regeneration projects in central Scotland.

Charity

Through our Recycling Appeal campaigns with over 200 charities, we have raised over £7 million for good causes in the past ten years.
Staff are encouraged to support charity partners out with our core business, regularly organising company fundraising events.
